JICE is an XML-based application construction and configuration tool for Java applications. JICE defines a convenient XML format for describing the configuration of the application objects and provides tools for transforming the XML data into Java instances. JICE can be used in any kind of Java application.

Release Notes: This release provides major improvements to the JIC Language. The XML syntax is now cleaner and more coherent. The object referencing capabilities are more flexible. New "if" and "switch"-like structures provide simple conditionality. Better documentation and support for user-defined types in the form of factories have been added.
