Release Notes: This was moved into Eclipse incubation. Lots and lots of changes were made.

Release Notes: Commit and checkout bugs related to sort order were fixed. An initial commit from Eclipse was performed. This release features repository state decorations, history view changes, history searching, and many more source code comments (javadoc).
