JChassis Rule-Based Command Line Parser

JChassis Rule-Based Command Line Parser is a tiny library for parsing and processing command line arguments. The manner in which the command line is to be parsed is specified by a sequence of simple, human-readable rules. This API is a subproject of the JChassis framework that has been packaged as a standalone library.
