jbookshelf

jbookshelf is an electronic book collection organizer and reader. It supports collecting plain files (text, HTML, PDF, etc.), has basic collection search, fulltext collection search (planned), internal viewers for plain text, HTML, RTF, and PDF, notes and citations, book categories, FB2 support (planned), and portability (removable drives support) (planned).

    Release Notes: Every viewer is opened in a separate process. The viewer remembers the last opened position. Notes can be displayed locally (near positions they belong to) or globally (a table with all notes allows navigation to their positions). The PDF viewer provides page thumbnails. The HTML viewer can browse external links. An external page can be saved as a new book while browsing.

      Release Notes: PDF page text extraction was added. PDF page scaling was added. Selected text actions were implemented. Directories can be imported. Authors and categories can be renamed. An email feedback form was added. The book information form displays book file information.
