Comments for JayOS
If you are booting from a USB CDROM and the boot fails because the kernel is unable to find the root filesystem, boot using the following arguments:
jayos rootdev=/dev/sr0 usrdev=/dev/sr0
Also, there is a missing directory which prevents wireless networking. Use the following commands until the next release:
cd /etc/sysconfig/network-devices
cp -av ifconfig.wlan0 ifconfig.ath0
/etc/init.d/network restart
The www site "blog.s97729.gridserver.com" no longer seems available. Is there an alternative site? I'm looking for the 20110225 version.
