JavaLayerME

JavaLayerME is the J2ME-oriented version of the JavaLayer project. It only supports MPEG 1 Layer 3 (i.e. MP3), and it runs under J2SE. The decoder is 10% faster and uses less memory than the classic JavaLayer version. Its final goal is to run under CLDC/KVM devices.
