It now automagically knows the difference between common artist albums and samplers/soundtracks, and can display them accordingly with the new "ViewMode" feature. PostgreSQL is now well supported. The different jamdb-update* tools have been merged to one much improved tool, jamdb-update, which now understands command line options. The database structure has been improved to provide much more song information. A database rebuild is required.

Release Notes: This version now uses the new, more secure PHP input interface, and therefore requires at least PHP version 4.1.0. JamDB 0.9.4 does not need the PHP "register_globals" parameter to be "On" in php.ini. (This value is "Off" by default since PHP version 4.2.0.) Some small bugfixes, code/filename cleanups, and documentation updates were made.
Release Notes: Some bugs sometimes leading to wrong search results have been fixed. A new "exact match" checkbox has been added to be able to get more precise results. The new [Home] Button makes it easier to reset the left frame.
