Release Notes: This release fix the two regressions found in the 1.2 release. It fixes a regression where the Look And Feel of the Editor UI (in Swing) would be incorrectly set to synth2 when reopening the Editor after having set the synth2 Look and Feel before closing, making the Editor unusable in this case. It fixes a regression where the Server was not correctly decoding ARINC 661 buffers in high throughput scenarios with more than one channel of communication from the UA.

Release Notes: This version contains almost all the features of the 1.2 version, but works on Java 7. It adds many new checks for the Widget Definition Plugin, supports the AlwaysOnTop mode for JavaFX (starting with Java8u20), adds a syntax for the Zoom factor to ensure that a specified ARINC 661 unit exactly fits on a specified number of pixels, allows loading of Launcher properties in extensions, and allows much greater customization of the J661 framework in extensions. Many bugs have been fixed.
