    Release Notes: This release comprises all the changes to ivtools necessary to support a new package on top of it, ipl 1.0.1. ipl stands for Invocation Programming Language, and it's a development environment and testbed for the concurrent programming language described in Karl Fant's book "Computer Science Reconsidered: The Invocation Model of Process Expression" (Wiley-Interscience, 2007).

      Release Notes: This is the first phase of evolving ivtools' drawserv into a unique drawing chat program. Implemented so far: a connection mechanism and mutually exclusive graphics selection. Next phase: full graphic state and editing command transmission, and extension of the selection mechanism for locking pseudo graphics. These features require building with ACE support.

      Release Notes: backwards compatibility fixes for gcc-2.95, plus corrected version numbers (1.1.2 instead of 1.1.0).

      Release Notes: Missing src/include/ivstd/strstream.h has been incorporated into the MANIFEST and tar file. This is required for gcc-3.3 compilation.
