Version 2.2 of Sentinel IRC Services
Release Notes: Beta live SQL support was added. State data can now be dumped into a MySQL database for up-to-date access from a PHP or CGI script. A patch to alter the way split reminders work was added. A few bugs concerning PID-file handling with cron, IPv6 IP addresses in /msg SERVICES clones x, and a minor issue with .takeover were fixed.

Release Notes: This release adds support for Bahamut 1.8, enables Bahamut support for the contributed kversion patch, and fix a few minor bugs and memory leaks.
