    Release Notes: Support has been added for FastCGI. This release works in combination with the PHP FastCGI SAPI.

      Release Notes: IRCG has been adapted to the Cygwin environment, a handler for INVITEONLYCHAN was added, and the default limit for channel name lengths was increased. There is no urgent need to upgrade.
