Release Notes: This release fixed missing SystemTime initializations in adns, a small memory leak that occured when rehashing, a leak of hidden server IPs when auto connects are disabled, and a problem with SIGTRAP handling that caused the program to crash on FreeBSD when detaching gdb. LUSERS was changed to be paced by WHOIS_WAIT instead of PACE_WAIT.
