iqr is a simulation system for graphically designing and controlling large-scale neuronal models. Simulations can control real-world devices in real-time. It can be extended by new neuron and synapse types and custom interfaces to hardware.

    Release Notes: Some improvements in the appearance of dialogs. The bug "Spike Amplitude parameter ignored by Integrate&Fire neuron" has been fixed. An issue with reading the settings for local paths has been fixed. Some of the icons have been updated. Fixes after removal of qt3 legacy code. Improvements in plot layouts. The addition of Jan's Rasterplot. Reworked bar plot: the class can now be used in the same manner as the time plot. This release fixes the Matlab import script and adds octave import.

      Release Notes: This release is based on Qt 4.5. It has new logic for re-routing connections, the ability to assign custom colors to processes and groups, and a new filter dialog for the system browser. Warning: due to the change from Qt 3 to Qt 4, some of the modules might not work anymore.

        Release Notes: A copy/paste bug was fixed. Connections and groups are now created with a default type. Potentially harmful operations are disabled at run-time, namely deleting and adding objects.

          Release Notes: The concept of external processes has been implemented. Modules can query the width and height of groups from StateVariable. The help function launches the PDF manuals. A call to initialize synapses has been added.
