Release Notes: Six new matches, and seven new targets were added to the documentation as well as the raw table. All graphics have been redone. Lots of rewrites and fixes were made. The text has been edited and updated.
Release Notes: Over 100 new A4 pages of material and 6 new chapters were written, including TCP/IP introduction, IP filtering, NAT introduction, debugging iptables, iptables matches, and iptables targets. Very many updates and fixes were also done.
Release Notes: This version of the tutorial contains a rather small addition. The additions iinclude a chapter which explains state, a better DNAT explanation, a few descriptions of terms used in the tutorial, and many grammatical and spelling fixes.

There are also major structural updates done in the tutorial This tutorial is closing in on being stable, and will after that stay "as is" for a couple of months to leave the author with some time for other projects.
Release Notes: A lot of time was spent finishing up things that were pushed aside for a long time. First of all, all chapters that were on the TODO list have been finished, with the exception of certain sections which will require some extra work. Also, a huge set of formatting and rewrites of the tutorial has been added.

There is also a new section explaining how packets traverse the built in chains, as well as how to list rules (better late than never). A conntrack table has been added, and the Makefile no longer outputs bad gzip formats.

Release Notes: An rc.DHCP.firewall.txt script was added, which will work together with PPP, SLIP, and DHCP connections. Short explanations of all configuration options from kernel land were added. The main rc.firewall.txt was rewritten to only do SNAT instead of masquerading.
Release Notes: Tutorial was rewritten to better reflect the packet traversal instead of just following the firewall scripts and scripts were updated in a few places. rc.firewall.txt and rc.flush-iptables.txt were added in the example scripts section.
