Release Notes: This version introduces a new sslsvd SSLv3 TCP/IP service daemon. sslsvd integrates the sslio program into tcpsvd, so that initializing the SSL session and reading the SSL key and certificate no longer need to be done for each incoming connection, but only once on startup of the service daemon.
