All releases of Indexed PDF Creator

Release Notes: This release fixes a bug with page breaking: when the input file had a number of lines that was a multiple of the page length, it caused a trailing blank page to be created.

Release Notes: A switch has been added to allow extended ASCII to be passed to the PDF. The previous behavior was to strip extended ASCII, which caused non-English characters to not be printed.

Release Notes: This version handles "\b" characters in lines by deleting characters. The documentation and help command were updated. Other minor fixes were made.

Release Notes: A new -n flag to handle badly-generated reports where \f\n was used instead of \n\f and causes lines to be off by one on every page except the first.

Release Notes: A problem with form feeds being misinterpreted if not at the end of a line has been fixed.

Release Notes: This release adds regex support, flags to make indexing easier, many new page sizes (a0-6,b5, ledger, etc.), and the ability to turn redundant data on/off in the indexes.

Release Notes: The -S format string was added for indexes. The behavior of reparenting was changed to allow arbitrary reparenting, not just top level. Some segfault bugs were cleaned up.

Release Notes: This release includes absolute indexing support, updated documentation, an option to re-parent indexes and to override the default at compile time, and configure.in changes to allow building on Solaris.
