INTERCAL is the original esoteric language, a farrago of features that will test the mettle of any programmer and bend the minds of most. The INTERCAL suite includes not just a compiler and debugger for the language, but most of the code ever written for it as well.

Release Notes: The first merged release from ESR and Alex Smith, with encouragement from Donald Knuth. The compiler now has a regression-test suite. More error checks (E990 and E004) have been added. A new program, guess.i, is included. The mystery and history of the "Atari implementation" has been clarified. Various minor bugs have been fixed.
