Release Notes: This version is no longer just a plugin for XMMS, but rather a generic adaptive playlist framework. The core runs as a standalone daemon (started automatically), and player plugins connect to it over a Unix domain socket. Plugins are provided for XMMS and Beep Media Player, but support for other players should be relatively easy to add.
