Image PHP Class is a PHP class for manipulating images. It can either load an image from a file or build an image directly from a binary string (such as an image stored in a database), you can then scale, resize, and crop the image.
|Operating Systems||OS Independent|
Release Notes: The load function has been changed slightly so that it checks if the image exists and returns false if it does not. This lets you send back a default image or similar if the load fails. This can also be used for image caching.
Release Notes: A default output type of PNG was added, and the convert was removed from the build image option as this was adding lots of lag. Speed has now been increased. The save routine was changed to use the image's own format, and save_gif, save_jpeg, and save_png were added to specify the save format.
Release Notes: Two new functions were added, add_text and add_watermark. The second uses TrueType fonts, so they must be installed for it to work.
Release Notes: The ability to convert images between GIF, PNG, and JPEG has been added. The output function and output have been rewritten to output using the current image format. New output functions have been added to allow the display as other formats.
