Version 1.3.3 of iLAP
Release Notes: Comparison of experimental protocols was improved and generalized. Rating of files and experiments can now be user-defined. The LIF file format is supported for the preview. A ready-to-use iLAP installation is available, and is based on a CentOS 5.4 image in OVF format for VirtualBox, VMware, etc. The ImageJ-Plugin was added to directly access the data from ImageJ. Comments of dataobjects can be edited. Google Chrome support was added and Netscape Navigator support was removed. Tomcat was upgraded from 5.5.27 to 5.5.28. Bugs were fixed in the Genome and in the XML-based user management.

A preview matrix is available for all files attached to experiments, projects, and analysis steps. BigPreview was added for files in a popup window. Comparison of protocols can be done.
