Release Notes: This release uses libshout 2.0, supports VBR and ID3v2, and trims junk from MP3 files. There were many bugfixes, and this version is much more stable.
Release Notes: The reencoder has been updated to the new LAME 3.88 API. There is a new option --with-xmlconfig when building to locate XML libraries. Configure now looks for python 2. There is a new command-line option -V for version/feature info. The cue file song length field is now correct. The BaseDirectory configuration option works. Support for using an installed libshout has been added. There are fixes to the metadata update (first song metadata is now set).
