Release Notes: A new shortcut editor was added. IcePref is called if it is available. Fixes were made for a bug that prevented "insert new submenu", for blocking command execution in the preview menu, for a bug on loading faulty icons in the icon selection dialog, and for a bug that creates invalid menus if a command contains quotes. Columns may now be resized.

Release Notes: A setup.py file has been created to use distutils. The method of choosing icons has changed (more tweakable, more scalable, etc). Some tweakable settings have been added to constants.py.
