IceBreaker

IceBreaker is an action-puzzle game in which you must capture penguins from an Antarctic iceberg so they can be shipped to Finland, where they are essential to a secret plot for world domination. To earn the highest Geek Cred, trap them in the smallest space in the shortest time while losing the fewest lives. IceBreaker was inspired by (but isn't an exact clone of) Jezzball by Dima Pavlovsky.

    Release Notes: This release has game-loop timing changes (now will busy-wait if 10ms is too long of a sleep). It also has some username cleanups/enhancements, tweaks to the game sound, and general code housekeeping.

      Release Notes: This release switches to using 22050Hz sound samples. It also adds full keyboard support, and has significant code cleanup in areas relevant to both of these.

        Release Notes: IceBreaker is approaching a final 2.0 release. This is a public beta intended for widespread testing and for development of new themes.

          Release Notes: This release has a lot of code cleanup, high score file locking, a confirm dialog for changing difficulty mid-game, and a new Win32 installer using NSIS.
