Interactive Bandwidth Monitor

ibmonitor is an interactive Linux console application which shows bandwidth consumed and total data transferred on all interfaces. It shows received, transmitted, and total bandwidth, calculates and displays the combined value of all interfaces; can display values in Kbits/sec(Kbps) and/or KBytes/sec(KBps), can show the maximum bandwidth consumed, can show average bandwidth consumption, and can interactively change its output display format.

    Release Notes: The header text is now displayed in the output immediately after starting.

      Release Notes: The sleep interval is now more accurate, as the time taken for the code to run is subtracted from it. This release requires the Perl module Time::HiRes.

        Release Notes: The Term-ReadKey Perl module was removed from the distribution. Interfaces which come up and down frequently while ibmonitor is running (like ppp0) now appear and disappear accordingly.

          Release Notes: A new '?/h' interactive key was added to the help screen for interactive commands. The interactive keys are now toggle keys, and the project is back in beta stage.
