Release Notes: This release adds Query statistics, fixes a NullPointerException in Connection.isClosed(), improves error logging on the server, and uses isValid() for a JDBC 4 driver.

Release Notes: A hanging connection (until a timeout occurred) after a wrong login was fixed. Unused Sockets will be closed after 5 minutes and unused threads on the server will be terminated. The speed was improved by reducing the roundtrips to the server. The file proxy.aspx was added. A memory leak on an exception on executeQuery() was fixed. A very rare protocol violation could occur if a ResultSet was closed two times. The JavaCommand class now saves the properties query timeout, fetch size, max rows, and max field size, which are set from the client.
