Release Notes: A bug has been fixed: it is now possible to construct an attribute-only search with None for a search phrase.

Release Notes: Massively improved docstrings and internal documentation. An extensive examples document is available. This release filters out null bytes while indexing. The performance of attribute searches has been improved. A teaser rst format, i.e. **foo**, has been added.
