    Release Notes: This pre-release introduces HTTPS (SSL) support, using the OpenSSL libraries, IPV6 compatibility (if available), and various improvements. The code has been cleaned up, and should be compatible with most 32 and 64-bit systems. Other fixes concern FTP bugs, various crashes with compressed HTTP responses, and the top index that was badly generated.

      Release Notes: A bug which prevented Gzipped files from being downloaded has been fixed. Problems with ending spaces in URLs and a META-HTTP bug were also fixed.

        Release Notes: This release includes several fixes concerning fatal IO/socket error with large sites and bogus HTTP-referer with protected sites. The 'K4' option now works, the option --continue+URL(s) now clears previous URLs, and there are fixes for various parsing bugs. Several new options have also been added.

          Release Notes: Bugs fixed in this version include broken pipes on the Linux version, a command-line version bug with gzipped files, crashes when reaching compressed error pages or when showing stats, bogus HTML-escaped characters in query strings, skipped files, problems with URLs/redirects containing spaces, quotes, or tilde.

            Release Notes: Files skipping (bogus anticipating system), a crash when showing stats (div by zero), and several problems with javascript parsing were fixed. The mirror interrupt is now faster and cleaner, the request/response treatment has been improved, and a new source update wrapper has been added.

                Release Notes: Crashes with HTTP redirects to files without type have been fixed. This release also includes a new rate limiter (should be much sharper), code cleanup, and new htscore.c/httrack.c files for more simple library use.

                  Release Notes: Redirecting to unknown protocols such as https and mailto is now supported through META redirect. The engine is now modular and can be customized through wrappers. The Un*x version now has a top index/top dir feature. Quicktime targetX= tags are now supported, and partial support was added for HTTP/100 responses.

                    Release Notes: Non-scannable tag parameters ("id", "name", etc.) have been added. Java classes are now found when using "." as a separator or when they're missing a .class.

                      Release Notes: Problems involving URLs with starting spaces and bogus URLs when using "base href" have been fixed. The --assume and -%e shell options are now included. The documentation has been updated a little.
