All releases of HTTrack/WebHTTrack

Release Notes: Minor security fixes (malformed formats, uninitialized variables) to build with hardened flags. Clever ^C handling (now finish pending transfers and exit).

Release Notes: A horrible bug in which files were randomly corrupted during updates was fixed. The cryptic engine messages that this bug caused were "engine: warning: entry cleaned up, but no trace on heap" and "Unexpected 412/416 error".

Release Notes: A possible buffer overflow while repairing a previous cache was fixed; this could cause crashes on large mirror updates at the begining. Several Linux-related fixes have been added, including desktop menu fixes and icecat/iceweasel spawn issues.

Release Notes: Many small fixes were merged, including URL encoding bugs with filenames containing "%" characters, MacPorts Darwin/Mac fixes to webhttrack, and a random decompression error caused by temporary file generation bug. The Flash (swf) link extraction has been improved a bit.

Release Notes: This release fixes HTTPS slowdowns, a "code" HTML tag handling bug that in certain cases lead to invalid links, and Konqueror Javascript issues with the POSIX GUI (webhttrack)

Release Notes: A bug within the "wizard" was fixed (the commandline version did not print the question). The engine no longer renames XML subtypes files (such as XSD schemas).

Release Notes: Files with missing reference in cache are no longer redownloaded. Multiple download of error pages was fixed. A double request issued to update a broken file was fixed. A number of parsing problems were fixed, such as overly aggressive parsing of JavaScript "url=" expressions, a binary detection corrupting downloaded files, and binary real media files and related files being parsed as HTML. The --urllist option was also fixed, along with the "pause" option, which is now faster to pause a mirror. Other build-related issues and some code cleanup were also done.

Release Notes: Bad URL length validation in the command line was fixed. The problem denoted by CVE-2008-3429 was fixed.

Release Notes: A problem in which multiple downloading of error pages slowed down the mirroring process was fixed. A double request is issued to update broken files. The display bug which presented the "link is probably looping" message was fixed. Missing library references at build time and other build related problems were fixed.

Release Notes: This release fixes random crashes at the end of mirrors due to a dangling file pointer.
