HTML Tidy

HTML TIDY is a free utility to fix mistakes made while editing HTML and to automatically tidy up sloppy editing into nicely layed out markup. It also works great on the atrociously hard to read markup generated by specialized HTML editors and conversion tools, and can help you identify where you need to pay further attention on making your pages more accessible to people with disabilities.

Hi, There is something wrong with all the .tgz files for Tidy - all coming across as 9bytes only and not in gz format either, a pity as the only method to obtain this is with a checkin via CVS on SourceForge. Disappointing as it's a stunning app though very hard to see any active development going on according to the Developer List - hopefully there will be an upgrade to cater for the later HTML 5 as and when it appears. Thanks to Debian I have a working copy to play with.
