    Release Notes: This release is compatible with new carrier gateway specifications of the 'mailto:' attribute.

      Release Notes: This release supports "stock" make on FreeBSD and Solaris, and supports "stock" yacc on Solaris. The default yacc was changed from byacc to bison. flex is necessary, as "stock" lex on Solaris is currently unsupported.
