HQ

HQ is a simple curses-based addressbook and note management software. It supports adding, updating, and removing of contacts and notes, sending SMS and email, different sort orders, birthday and note reminders, and other features. Contacts and notes are stored in an SQL database. Color and mouse support is provided.

Release Notes: This release adds call features to contacts. Users can now open a call dialog and select one of the different phone numbers of the contact. Additionally, a caller number and a caller ID can be selected. The call will be placed through the asterisk manager API. Call support was added to the configuration file, and some bugfixes were made.

Release Notes: The contact and notes window was created. Contact fields like gender, name, address, company, and position were added. Note fields like title, group, and note were added. Support was added for showing contacts, contact details, notes and note details. Birthday and note reminders were added. The user can send email and SMS via external programs, which can be specified in the configuration file. Contacts and notes can now be sorted by different fields. Color and mouse support was added.
