HOPP is a function-oriented, programmer-friendly PHP library. It provides libraries for a custom static cache, WYSIWYG editable templates, database abstraction, authentication, calendar-based directory navigation, common MIME types, custom debug and error logging, and featureful and abuse-resistant poll generation.

Release Notes: Major cleanups were made in cache and template modules. Some of the old code was kept to avoid breaking compatibility, but old code suspectedly unused is commented out. A new header and footer extracting macro was added, along with a new filesystem objects module compatible with the db module's 2-dimensional arrays. More MIME types are now known.
