Release Notes: The "factory" free list class was separated from block free lists. Parallel tests were modified to run with arbitrary number of processes. Fortran wrappers were added for new C APIs. Many problems that could occur when using h5repack with named datatypes were fixed. Numerous other bugs were fixed.
