Harald Scan is a Bluetooth discovery scanner. It determines Major and Minor device classes according to the Bluetooth SIG specification and attempts to resolve a device's MAC address.

Release Notes: This release outputs in XML format for easier parsing and viewing of data. 32-bit and 64-bit binaries are available for Linux. Mac OS X is still distributed via source code.

Release Notes: The Mac OS X version was updated to the latest code base. A Fancy Blue name was added. Some CLI bugs were fixed. MACLIST now has 310 entries. Linux 32-bit and 64-bit binary releases are now availabe.

Release Notes: There is no difference between 0.401 and 0.4 except that this release has been packaged properly. 0.4 didn't have the files in a folder in the tar.gz.

Release Notes: Harald Scan is now distributed in either source code or dist. CLI has added a Number of devices discovered by duration (default is 15 mins). The duration for the above is configurable through -t TIME. You can choose either an in-memory database or a file database. The option was added to disable services scans entirely even if MAC is "Unknown". The option to disable writing devices to a text file was added. The ability to check Harald Scan version with --version was added.

Release Notes: This release adds a -u option to update MACLIST to the most recent version. It adds a proper GPLv3 disclaimer and license. It fixes other minor bugs (mostly not noticed by users). This is a Linux-only release.
