Version 20100515 of gwhois

Release Notes: gwhois will now convert queries containing special characters like German umlauts into punycode-encoding, thus allowing you to query such domains with TLDs offering them. For Polish domains, gwhois will once again use the whois server, which reappeared. Beside that, only Debian-specific fixes were made.
