Release Notes: Native Language Support was added and UTF-8 support was fixed on Windows. vim syntax highlighting was re-added, and the manual was updated. The Polish translation was updated. The build system was fixed.

Release Notes: The license has been updated to the GNU General Public License version 3. Windows NT-based builds (Windows 2000/XP) are now supported using MinGW. A new "Characters Per Minute" scoring mode has been added via "--scoring=cpm". A Simplified Chinese translation has been added. Many other small bugfixes and updates have been made.
