Release Notes: Bugfixes for loading of Cadence generated VCD files and time values are now 64-bit in order to better handle dumps from event-driven simulators which "space out" events in pseudo-real time rather than incrementing the time counter 1ns per cycle.

Release Notes: A working fix for the hpaned widget resizing bug in GTKWave has been found and dynamic pane resizing is now an option. Cyco, the cycle-simulation compiler is now much faster due to a new trace algorithm and supports all gate types emitted by the structural compiler.
