Release Notes: The distribution was updated to GtkExtra 0.99.14, including a new 3D Plot widget. The GtkAda.Canvas now provides zooming capabilities. It also draws curve links with Bezier splines instead of circles. For efficiency, the items in the canvas are no longer double-buffered. Use Buffered_Items if you want to keep the old behavior. Button_Press events are now reported when an item is pressed and the event wasn't used to move the item around. A new function, named Gtk.Widget.Set_Parent_Window, was added. The documentation was updated.
Release Notes: Enhanced GNOME support, a new utility to automate the binding, display of non-ASCII characters under Windows, new routines in Glib.XML, documentation additions, fixes for various refresh/display problems in the GUI builder under Windows, a new package Glib.Gmodule, new binding for libglade, many widgets no longer require Gtk.Type_Conversion, a partial rewrite of Gtkada.Canvas to use less memory and more powerful scrolling, and a few bugfixes.
Release Notes: RPMs are now available for GNU/Linux x86. Gtk.Type_Conversion is no longer needed for common cases. New examples were added. GUI builder support fixes were made under Windows NT/2000. Release Notes: This release adds significant documentation updates, a new tool, Gdialog, which provides an easy way to display dialog boxes from shell scripts, new packages (Gtkada.Intl, Gtkada.Dialogs, Gtkada.Pixmaps, Gtkada.Canvas, Gtkada.File_Selection, Gtkada.Handlers), several improvements in Gate, and support for drag-and-drop and selection handling.
Release Notes: Additions in this release include many new widgets from GtkExtra, Postscript support GtkExtra, new examples in the directory examples/tutorial, and support for image loading, rendering, scaling and compositing. The handling of arrays of null terminated strings has been greatly simplified. The GtkAda Reference Manual has been significantly enhanced. Gtk_Item_Factory has been partly (about 90%) bound. Release Notes: This release has been fixed to be compatible with Gtk+ 1.2.2 instead of requiring 1.2.4. An installation problem on some Linux versions has been fixed. Multiple redraws under Win32 are now handled properly.
Release Notes: Extensive documentation update. GtkAda now comes with both a User's Guide and a Reference Manual. New scheme for callbacks which is much more complete than the old scheme, and will permit the creation of callbacks that return a value (such as for the signal "delete_event"). It is also much more systematic than the old one (less packages need to be instantiated). Gate has been updated to Glade 0.5.5, plus various bug fixes. Complete Gtk+ support for Gate/Dgate. A new example shows how to do some flicker-free animation with GtkAda.
