GrufSpaces lets your teams work together in shared work areas where they can share documents and discuss ideas. Besides document sharing, team members can make use of a number of optional services like discussion boards, chat applications, and polls for decision making.

Release Notes: A new role tab was added for adding new members and groups. A "Mail to group" feature was integrated. The following new roles are available: GroupAdmin, who is responsible for the Group; GroupVisitor, who is restricted to read-only activities in the GroupSpace; and GroupLeader, who is responsible for representing the Group to the outside. The add_groupspace_services.py script was added, which can be customized. GroupSpace was moved out of GRUF into its own product.
