Release Notes: This release provides a security fix to avoid external delegate programs, or X11, to be unexpectedly accessed via carefully-crafted file extensions. The issue is not new since it existed in all previous GraphicsMagick releases, and ImageMagick since the late '90s. There is also a portability fix for the ARM CPU and two other minor bugfixes.
