Release Notes: Many usability and stability bugs have been fixed. This includes the latest version of Scintilla, which should fix a number of rendering bugs and a crash bug. This is the version that will become 1.0 unless any show-stopping bugs turn up.

Release Notes: This release included many new features such as remote GNOME-VFS support, 64-bit support, and the ability to only have one instance open. Many bugs were fixed.

Release Notes: This release uses File Choosers rather than File Selections. It has a Recently Used Files list menu, a simple plugin architecture, code templates, and a new preferences dialog.

Release Notes: Only a few minor features were added, such as Unicode/UTF-8 support and bracket matching. A few segfault crash bugs were fixed. Just aiming to fix any final bugs and a few UI tweaks before 1.0.

Release Notes: This version has many bugfixes a couple of new features: integrated PHP help and a preferences dialog. This is the last version before a 1.0.0 release.

Release Notes: Code Folding and Keyboard Macro Recording (a la Nedit) functionality are now included. This release requires the latest version of GtkScintilla2-aj from www.gphpedit.org.

Release Notes: Lots of new features and bugfixes were made since the last release on freshmeat. The project is now in a Sourceforge CVS repository. New features include double clicking on a line in the class browser to show the corresponding function or class (opening the file if required), auto-indenting after pressing Enter, CSS highlighting, and buggy SQL highlighting.

Release Notes: As well as many bugfixes, this release has two fairly major features added: PHP lint checking using the PHP command line binary (location is set in a GConf2 file and is not checked for existance before running the command), and PHP Class browsing of open files and any others in the same directory (although not in subdirectories, as g_dir_open seems to hang if used recursively). Both these features are very early in their development, but feel free to use/test them.

Release Notes: This release allows use of the mouse wheel to scroll (if the new version of GtkScintilla2 is installed), keeps indentation on subsequent lines, dialogs take their folder/filename from the current tab, and non-PHP files aren't highlighted.

Release Notes: This is the first development release of gPHPEdit to the world. Although it seems to be stable, it's an early release so users should beware bugs.
