gpgwrap is a wrapper for gpg and its --passphrase-fd option.

Release Notes: In previous versions, the --passphrase-fd option was appended after --homedir <arg> or --options <arg>. Now, --homedir=<arg> and --options=<arg> should also be handled correctly.
