Release Notes: This release fixes a problem that could cause some files from feeds that used XML entities to fail to download.

Release Notes: The --quick option was added, which allows you to fetch the first podcast in a feed without having to add it to goldenpod. The --rmold option was fixed. Environment variables defining proxies are now honored when using LWP.

Release Notes: --ping now does feed autodiscovery if the recommended parser is the fuzzy parser. A bug causing some files not to be recognized properly when the podcast filter was enabled has been fixed. Some minor changes have been made to the user agent string.

Release Notes: This release adds --ping, which tells the user which parser GoldenPod recommends for a feed. It fixes some minor issues with curl support. It fixes some other minor bugs.

Release Notes: Command-line parameters were added to add, remove, and list podcast feeds (--add, --remove, --list), instead of having to edit the podcast list manually. The default output was made more informative. A bug causing some feeds to fail to parse for certain users was fixed.

Release Notes: This release fixes a bug that caused GoldenPod to fail to upgrade configuration files from 0.6 and older to the new 0.7+ format for some users. It adds some minor enhancements to fuzzy parsing allowing it to extract URLs properly from JS-like strings.

Release Notes: This release adds support for downloading podcasts that don't have proper feeds, but only lists of downloads on a Web page or in some exotic format (see the man page for the special syntax to use this). It adds a Makefile, the --clean option, and support for using LWP to download files. There are major code cleanups.

Release Notes: A security problem that could result in arbitrary command execution on specially crafted download links in RSS feeds was fixed (GPSA-2006:1). The gpconf GUI was added. Use of older curl versions was fixed.

Release Notes: Now defaults to verbose mode on new installs. dry-run supports download mode. There are some minor changes to some messages and various minor bugfixes.

Release Notes: This release adds a --rmold function that allows you to delete N old podcasts (N is 4 or the number supplied to --files). --dry-run has been renamed to --no-download, and a new --dry-run option has been added that allows you to see what --rmold/--copy would delete/copy. A --stats option has been added that allows you to see some simple documentation concerning the downloaded podcasts. /etc/goldenpod.conf has been renamed to /etc/goldenpod-podcasts.conf.
