GoblinX is a bootable live CD distribution based on Slackware Linux. The primary goal for GoblinX is to create a more pleasant and functional desktop, standardizing all icons and themes to make it easy for novice users to learn about available applications.

Release Notes: This release upgrades the kernel (to 22.214.171.124), AuFS, SquashFS, Linux Live, and all GNOME libraries and applications. It upgrades all interfaces, scripts, the Isolinux menu, themes, and more. It adds several more features like Slik, Webmount, better saving and restoring of changes, userspace suspend, file manager actions, and more.

The GoblinX harddisk installer was rebuilt to make it simple. More graphical interfaces were added. A few errors and bugs were corrected. Some scripts were corrected and upgraded. More options were added to the Isolinux menu. More services were added to boot. Ivman was added.
