Release Notes: New API functions to set errno in push/pull functions were added. When calling "recv" or "send", Windows errors are handled properly. Several OpenPGP API fixes were made. When a GnuTLS server receives a SSLv2 Client Hello for an unknown TLS version, it now tries to negotiate the highest version supported by the GnuTLS server, instead of the lowest. Old constructs were replaced with the use of gnulib modules. SOVERSION computation for *.def files was fixed.
