The GnuGk ACD does automatic call distribution for the Gnu Gatekeeper. It is the first step to a VOIP call-center solution based on GnuGk. Incoming calls are routed to agents based on different distribution algorithms.

Release Notes: A new switch was added to set the default queue for calls directly to an IP address. The documentation was updated.


Release Notes: This version allows you to choose how to deal with calls when no agent is available (reject, keep ringing, send to announcement device). It also adds priorities to the queues.


Release Notes: Call distribution is now based on aliases, not endpoints, so you can use endpoints with multiple aliases. You can now check the agent status with a browser, and there is better debug output on ACD startup. There are some minor bugfixes.
