GnuDialer
GnuDialer is a predictive dialer for contact centers. GnuDialer currently supports inbound, outbound, open/closer, and auto campaigns. It has a multi-process object oriented design and uses the Asterisk PBX. Gnudialer is separate from any agent interface or CRM, but does include a capable (Java-based) CRM application that uses Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla.

Release Notes: A small error in that logic that affects logs and wait time has been fixed. Various known AstCRM issues have been fixed. Code has been removed and changed to fix various mistakes in logic. It is recommended to upgrade as soon as possible. Upgrading to AstCRM 1.1.4 is also recommended too. A custom mode for DSP mode has been added.

Release Notes: A typographical error in the INSTALL document was fixed. The admin was made much more user-friendly via multiple selects. The code was almost completely rewritten. astcrm was created.
