          Release Notes: The biggest user-visible change is that half duplex should finally work again. Internally, the RTP code got a major facelift. Also, there's a new mute button, primitive silence suppression, and a few other minor improvements.

                Release Notes: The big news with this release is that gphone now uses the RTP/RTCP protocol (RFC 1889 and RFC 1890), the quit button works now, the ringer and gphoned have gone away for now and half duplex is also somewhat broken at the moment.
