Release Notes: This version includes a new tree-based UI, the ability to select multiple chords, a renderer for Gnome-Scale (you can now see the scales on the guitar neck), and the ability to search for chords that will complement a given scale via the Tree Creator Dialog. Preferences are now stored using GConf (gconf-editor is required to change them).
Release Notes: The main feature of this release is the port to GNOME 2 (note that all the programs are post-fixed with a 2, so they should be installable in paralel with the GNOME 1 version). It also features sharing of the in-memory chord database between instances. The seperate tools are all now standalone apps. Many small bugfixes were made, and man pages were added.
Release Notes: The bonobo component has been made much more usable. Support for chords with unknown parts was added, which is useful for the bonobo component when the original chord doesn't have all information. A problem where any chord with unknown parts would matching any other chord with unknown parts was fixed. This problem was mostly encountered when trying to set chords from the bonobo component. A crash which occurred when selecting the blues scale in gscale was fixed.
Release Notes: This release adds bonobo support including bonobo control that renders the currently selected chord. The signal that is emitted whenever the chord changes was changed, an XML representation is now returned for the currently selected chord, and the current chord can now be set using XML.
Release Notes: This release fixes bugs related to being inconsistent about whether modes and note numbers started at 0 or 1, objects not being sunk, and changes made to chords which didn't filter down to the strings.
Release Notes: This release adds improved memory handling, lots of memory leaks fixes, a fix for file save crashes caused by memory corruption, and a slightly improved chordCreator UI. Major flat five chords where added to the database and a .desktop file and simple logo where created (so GChord turns up in menus).
Release Notes: A new scale database program and a chord input interface for easy adding or editing of chords, and augmented chords were added to the database.
Release Notes: A fix for a compile bug.
Release Notes: Re-implementation of displaying chords using gnome-canvas, new functionality to classify and filter chords, and changing the Chord file to an XML-based format.
Release Notes: Fret numbering, and support for chords past the first four frets has been added.
