Release Notes: The documentation has been widely updated in the Documentation section of the site: you will now find a lot of information about GNetWatch concepts, supported operating systems, localization, installation of bundles, etc. A quick start guide has been added to help with running GNetWatch before reading the full documentation.

Release Notes: This update lets the user add their own probes by means of generic actions that can spawn external processes or track the content of external files. Some standard generic actions are also provided: remote CPU load and remote free memory (using Windows Management Instrumentation for MS Windows targets and system tools for Unix/Linux targets). The documentation has been updated with these new features.
Release Notes: The GNetWatch documentation has been fully rewritten to describe every function available in the GNetWatch 3.0 release. It is now available in two formats: PDF and single-page HTML. The installation and configuration sections have been widely improved. The integration of an external database is now described. Moreover, a tutorial section has been added to explain how to achieve the main operations step-by-step. Finally, information about GNetWatch internals is provided.
Release Notes: This release comes with a complete rewrite of the internal data engine, now based on an Object-Relational mapping performed using hibernate. Configuration parameters, targets, and collected data are now persistent and stored in an SQL database. Users can thus browse previously collected data by dragging the mouse in the chart windows. For easy deployment, MS Windows and Linux bundles are shipped preconfigured with an embedded SQL engine: there is no need to configure any external database.
